These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern text messages sent by Searchlight Consulting LLC (“Searchlight,” “we,” “us”) in connection with our business, including messages from our AI assistant “Samantha.”
Program description
Searchlight’s SMS program provides customer-care and service-related messages, which may include responses to inquiries, project or appointment updates, reminders, and conversational assistance related to our consulting services. This program is not a high-volume marketing blast service.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-in
- Providing your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive SMS from Searchlight (for example, on a website form, in writing, or by texting a designated keyword if we publish one), or
- Requesting SMS support after we disclose program terms
Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE where supported. After opting out you will receive a one-time confirmation and we will stop sending SMS to that number unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators/providers needed to deliver messaging.
Supported carriers / delivery
Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated effective date.
